WINDSURFING CABO VERDE

Surf Zone Cabo Verde offers beginners through advanced Surfers the latest range in quality rental equipment as well as
professional Instruction.

· We have a Wide Range of 2006/07 Ezzy sails/ 2006/07 Semi Custom Angulo & Fanatic Boards
· Team members speak English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish.
· Located at top of the Santa Maria Bay, Surf Zone is perfectly located for those wanting to learn windsurf. The Bay
provides a calm and safe zone for beginners. On average it takes between 3-4hours of instruction before you are ready
to practise on your own. Instruction is provided from ages 8 onwards.
· The location is also perfect for intermediate and advanced surfers wanting to surf outside the Bay where the wind is
stronger or access the wave spots on either end of the Bay.
· The Surf Zone has rentals for all levels-beginner to advanced.  The school limits the amount of rentals, so as to ensure all clients have access to a wide range of boards and sails.
· For those clients with long term rentals, the school offers free use of body boards of days with no wind, and 1 hour use of surf boards-when available.
· On most days there is no shore break in front of the centre. On the rare day that there is shore break, we provide assistance in and out of the water.
· With two of our team members competing at a World Class Level, we also provide instruction to those
wanting to take it to the next level.
